Designed for those who go deeper, climb higher, and hunt harder, this upgraded rifle is built on the legendary Mark V® action and features a BSF carbon fiber barrel for reduced weight and improved heat dispersion. It’s paired with a precision-engineered Peak 44 carbon fiber stock for maximum strength and minimal weight.

Live Wild with Remi Warren

Echoing the shape and ergonomics of the Mark V® Apex®, the Live Wild Carbon features the Peak 44 Bastion stock, one of the lightest vertical grip stocks on the market. This design encourages proper shooting form for improved downrange accuracy. The forend includes two front swivel studs for multiple accessory attachment options. At the rear, the 3DHEX® recoil pad is engineered to tame even Weatherby’s most powerful magnum cartridges. As recoil energy enters the honeycomb structure, the hexagonal voids collapse to absorb and disperse the force, turning a sharp kick into a smooth push. Each stock is hand-painted, giving every rifle a unique finish.

A deeply spiral-fluted bolt reduces weight and bearing surface area, resulting in a smoother and more reliable cycling experience. The rifle also features a shortened BSF carbon fiber barrel for improved balance and maneuverability. The threaded muzzle comes with a Weatherby® Accubrake® ST with a ⅝-24 thread to help manage recoil even further.

To complete the package, the Live Wild Carbon includes an adjustable TriggerTech trigger that allows shooters to fine-tune pull weight for a crisp, consistent break every time.

BSF CARBON FIBER BARREL

THE PINNACLE OF CARBON BARRELS

BSF Barrels use carbon fiber in a way that no other carbon barrel manufacturer does, leading to unmatched accuracy and heat dispersion properties.

TENSIONED BARREL

After BSF turns down a 416R stainless steel match barrel they sleeve it with carbon fiber and load it under tension. Because it’s under tension, as the barrel heats up it keeps the rifling straighter, resulting in a stiffer, more rigid barrel. Most competitors use a wrapping method that has been proven to trap heat and cause delamination.

COOLER BARREL - CONSISTENT GROUPS

With BSF’s proprietary method, 95% of the carbon fiber does not touch the contoured barrel, creating air gaps and allowing air to foil around the steel and cool the barrel faster. The high quality carbon fiber is designed to move at the same expansion rate as the 416R stainless steel resulting in a vibration dampening effect. What does that mean? It means the carbon fiber absorbs the shock and vibration allowing more consistent groups.

The shortest in the industry (as compared to typical 90 bolt throw). Allows for faster chambering on follow-up shots and greater bolt-to-scope clearance.

A larger radius, deeper flute not only trims a bit more weight from the bolt body of the Mark V, it also increases the smoothness with which the bolt can be cycled.

Removable Bolt Knob

Allowing for customization and utility, the bolt handle of the Mark V is now threaded to accept a variety of bolt knobs
