Introducing Weatherby’s NEWEST rifle action, the Model 307™
The first NEW Weatherby bolt action centerfire rifle in over 50 years. Designed and tested in Sheridan, WY, the Model 307 was inspired by the people of the “307” area code. Model 307’s 2-Lug, fully cylindrical carbon steel design was purpose built to accommodate the vast offerings of stocks, triggers, rails, mounts, and magazines that exist in the marketplace. Hunters and shooters can expect the same precision craftsmanship that Weatherby has delivered since 1945.
Bolt Release
The all-new bolt release button above the receiver stock line. Makes for a stronger, safer and quicker bolt removal.
Tool-less Bolt Takedown
Showcasing a redesigned mechanically constructed bolt, allowing for a completely tool-less takedown.
Magazine Capabilities
Compatible with a variety of 700® platform bottom metal options. The Range XP utilizes Magpul bottom metal with AICS detachable box magazines. Convenient magazine release lever located on front of the trigger guard.
Additional Features
• 8-40 screws lower the risk of cross threading.
• Equipped with an M16 style extractor for positive extraction and smooth cycling.
Accubrake
A universal Accubrake with suppressor ready, 1/2-28 thread pitch. Efficient radial design helps to evenly disperse gas and reduce felt recoil by up to 53%.
2 Position Safety
2 position safety allows for safely unloading the rifle while in the safe position.
TriggerTech Trigger
TriggerTech’s trigger provides true zero-creep break, extremely short over-travel, and is externally adjustable (down to 2.5 lbs). Precision cut stainless steel components ensure consistent trigger pulls from shot to shot in a safe, reliable, and corrosion resistant package.
