Weatherby’s Legendary Vanguard

The Vanguard BUX Edition is built for hunters who demand reliability, precision, and purpose-built concealment. Each rifle comes optics-ready with a factory-installed pic rail, providing a secure and repeatable mounting surface for scopes, red dots, or night optics without the need for additional hardware. Its rugged synthetic stock is finished in BUX’s exclusive hand-painted stock that blends in a variety of environments.

Every rifle is guaranteed SUB-MOA accurate, delivering a three-shot group of 0.99 inches or less at 100 yards when using Weatherby factory or premium ammunition.

A cold hammer-forged barrel ensures long-term consistency and dependable performance in the field, while the fluted bolt body promotes smooth cycling and reliable operation under any conditions. The adjustable two-stage match-grade trigger features a clean, predictable first stage and a crisp break that allows for precise shot control and confident accuracy.

The three-position safety provides added security and versatility, allowing the rifle to be safely unloaded while on safe and giving shooters clear tactile control over the rifle’s status. With a balance of refined engineering and practical field design, the Vanguard BUX Edition is ready to perform wherever the hunt takes you.

Guaranteed Sub-Moa Accuracy

All Vanguard® rifles are guaranteed to shoot a 3-shot group of .99” or less at 100 yards (SUB-MOA) from a cold barrel when used with Weatherby® factory or premium ammunition within Two-Years of Verified Purchase Date to Original Purchaser.

Cold Hammer Forged Barrel

Maximizes consistency and produces SUB-MOA Guaranteed Accuracy when used with premium factory ammunition.

Two-Stage Trigger

Robust adjustable match quality, two-stage trigger (adjustable down to 2.5 lbs.) with a clean break.

3-Position Safety

Safely unload rifle or have bolt locked. 3-position safety allows for two safe positions to ensure bolt is locked.

Integral Recoil Lug

One-piece forged and machined receiver features integral recoil lug for the utmost in strength and structural integrity.

Monte Carlo Stock

Raised comb, Monte Carlo stock

Fully Enclosed Bolt Sleeve

Redirects high-pressure gases and brass particles in the event of a case rupture or pierced primer. Shorter bolt sleeve helps to reduce overall weight.

M16 Extractor

    The HUSH Edition rifle is built on Weatherby’s newest bolt action rifle platform, the Model 307. Designed and tested by the HUSH crew, this upgraded version is a 2-Lug, fully cylindrical action compatible with many aftermarket accessories. It can accommodate the vast offerings of stocks, triggers, rails, mounts, and magazines in today’s marketplace (700® platform parts). The HUSH rifle comes with a Peak 44 pic rail and is ready for your favorite optic. It also features Peak 44’s forend Arca and pic rail adapter to accommodate multiple attachments. The stock features a custom, hydrodipped finish and the metal work is a durable Cerakote. The HUSH rifle is the perfect tool to fill the freezer year after year.

    The Live Wild edition rifle was designed in partnership with Remi Warren. Leaning on Remi’s years of hunting experience, we built a rifle that is perfect for a wide range of hunting adventures. With accuracy and dependability at the forefront, Remi wanted his special edition rifle to be built on the historic Mark V® action. From there he wanted to load this rifle up with features including, an adjustable TriggerTech trigger, spiral fluted barrel and bolt, skeletonized bolt knob, radial Accubrake ST, and hand-painted stock.
