I bought this rifle really never had a bolt action…this was my first
…and OH MY GAAW$H!!, it is a straight Lazer beam!! I point and and it hits the exact point I am at! Incredible and breath taking in 300 Win Mag….recoil is mitigated…I didn’t know a 300 win mag with the muzzle break could be so smooth. Optic was a Arken ELP-4-16×44. Byfar the ultimate rifle….I took two whitetail deer this season and let’s just say, humane is what I wanted and definitely got what I needed. Thank you Howa and Weatherby for producing such and accurate and beautiful crafted rifle out of the box! I am just blown away!

Recently took my 1st lite cipher out chambered in 300 wby. I was highly impressed with the weight the accuracy and the ability to throw the rifle up and obtain my target immediately. This is an amazing rifle for the price point. These vanguard series 2 rifles are something special! I own one in 22-250 and the 1st lite cipher in 300 absolutely a weatherby guy for life!!!

My first Weatherby. I am more than pleased. It took a few try’s to find the ammo it liked but when I did I was very pleased. Three shot groups at 100 yards touching. Topped it with a Trijicon scope. Gonna be my favorite hunting combo for a long time
