The portrait of me you’re drooling over really captures my attitude. But it doesn’t show you one of my finest features. Well, nine of them to be exact: Nine magnum lugs in my action for the big cartridges I was born to fire.
Allow me to give you a quick lesson in metallurgy. You see, a rifle barrel is only as good as the steel it’s made from. My steel was specially selected for its molecular superiority, machined, and cut rifled at Krieger – makers of the finest custom barrels on the planet. That, combined with my 9-lug Weatherby action, new LXX™ trigger and 5-round detachable magazine makes me one wickedly-accurate tack driver. Plus, with a fully-adjustable stock, I promise to fit in just right every time we go shooting or hunting.

This is so accurate I can hit 3 inch plates at 600 yards. Just a perfect machine that will last for generations. Worth every dollar.
Although not my hunting rifle, it is my long range shooter. It is solid! I’ve added the Timney trigger, Vortex Razor HD 4.5x27x56 scope, and Atlas 5H bipod with hand loads. A slight problem when I bought it was the muzzle brake wasn’t index exactly right. I had a gunsmith re-index it to perfect. It was out ever so slightly. Other than that, love the heavy duty bolt lock-up, smooth action, and Krieger barrel! Thanks Weatherby.
I shoot 1800 meters with my .30-.378 and it will consistantly hit a 12 inch plate at that distance. I’m not a great rifleman but this rifle out-shoots my friends custom rifles every time. It shoots way better than it should for a factory rifle, way better. I couldn’t be happier with Weatherby. I own the aforementioned .30-.378, a 7mm, and a .257 Weatherby and I am in the market for my fourth, a .338-.378. All I can say is Weatherby produces outstanding products and their customer support is just as outstanding.

The Weatherby Mark 5 Tacmark Elite is remarkable! This awesome weapon, along with one of my three rifle scopes (Zeiss Swarovski & Nightforce) is a force to be reckoned with. The RC accuracy area is the trademark of Roy Weatherby and crew. I have completed the (almost) trifecta: da .460 da .338-.378 da .300. My next “victim” is da .416. Here we come Africa and da “Big 5” awaits!

I’m a longtime weatherby enthusiast.
This is the finest rifle I’ve ever owned. It shoots more accurately, consistently, and comfortably than anything I’ve ever had the pleasure to shoot.
Ordered over a year ago, finally received and promptly paired with a Swarovski Z6 scope.
3 group shots under an inch and a long range dream.
I have one of these in 30-378 with the nightforce ATAC-R on it… hands down a tack driver so far I am holding about a 6 inch group at 1000 yards. And works great on game the only down side to this rifle is its heavy really heavy… I am a big guy have no problem packing it all day hunting but when I hand it to somone to hold everyone always gives the comment.. holy shit man this thing weighs a ton!!! So hole I am young I will pack it when I get old I’m sure it will retire or get passed to my boy for another custom

I own a TRR in 30-378 and for the money you cannot get better. This is the Ferrari of tactical rifles and the 30-378 is one that can shoot big game or targets out to 100 yards or more.
A top quality well thought out action, stock and barrel combination.Back in the sixties when I worked for Dave Bushnell we borrowed weatherby rifles from Roy and test fired scopes. The accuracy was amazing.
